Slow Flow & Yin Yoga

Every other Monday @6pm

Transform, West Springfield

Experience the perfect balance of Slow Flow and Yin. The first half of the class is a combination of seated and standing postures with slow transitions throughout, emphasizing calm and peace in the body.  During the second half, we will settle into a series of Yin poses that will be held from 2-5 minutes.  This is a grounding, calming, and meditative practice that targets the connective tissue and meridians of the body. This class is for all levels.

Restorative Yoga 

with Hands on Release

Sunday, October 19th @6pm

Transform, West Springfield

Join us for an evening of meditative restorative yoga with gentle hands on healing release.  This class is the perfect way to fully let go, be supported and have healing touch (optional) to help you release and fully drip into a state of total rest and relaxation. In a world that pushes us to be "busy" all of the time and hold tension deep within, this class is designed to let you step out of the constant hustle and just be. No yoga experience needed. 

Class will be between 90 minutes and 2 hours in length.
